Have fun with the whole family at Casa on the Bay .Contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a popular beachside suburb that sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.
It’s around a 15 minute drive to Hobart CBD and an easy stroll to Ocean Esplanade, which has some great restaurants and beautiful Blackmans Bay beach.
A short walk or a minute in the car will have you to at Bayview Market where you will find a bakery, bottle shop, pharmacy and the famous Hill Street Grocer plus more.
The Space
The Townhouse is set over 2 levels with a single garage and open plan living on the lower level flowing out on to a sun filled deck, perfect for your afternoon cocktails. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds to sink in to after a enjoyable day of sightseeing.
The main bathroom has a walk in shower and a deep bath to relax in. The main bedroom has its own ensuite plus a smart TV and King Size Beds. The 2nd bedroom also has a super comfortable King size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (Please note Single beds can be joined together to make a King Bed please let Hosts know at time of Booking that you require the King Bed instead of two singles. .
There is a small rumpus area with a desk and chair for those still working.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything you require to cook up a storm with quality appliances including a microwave and dishwasher.
The home is contemporary and stylish and promotes a feeling of peace, inviting you to simply relax into the super comfortable space. There are 3 smart TV’s in the Townhouse plus Wifi .
Back down on the lower level you will find another powder room and laundry with a washer/dryer combo should you require laundry facilities.
All our linen is provided by our linen service, is professionally laundered, crisp and fresh!
A port a cot and highchair are also included, together with some toys and games to keep the kids entertained.
This really is the perfect place for a family holiday or if travelling with a group of friends.

Access is simple, it’s just down a short driveway from the road and it’s fully fenced and secure with room for 2 cars (single garage and extra parking spot next to the unit). Extra cars can also be catered for in the visitors parking spots located in the driveway.
There’s also a bus stop just around the corner for extra convenience.
The Townhouse is located in between two other Townhouses, which are privately tenanted, so we would appreciate you keeping the noise to a minimum and parties are not permitted.
