Located in Hobarts premium suburb of Sandy Bay, this modern, well-equipped home offers unparallel panoramic views of the Derwent River. Every room boasts a captivating water view. Relax in spacious comfort, the ideal holiday home for families or a group.
The Space
Lower level provides 2 bedrooms with Queen beds both with water views. The master bedroom features an ensuite and built in wardrobe second bedroom has a study desk and office chair and built-ins.
A spacious family bathroom also with shower and bath tub are located on the top level.
Encompassing the kitchen, living and dining domains, the first floor delivers free-flowing and open social spaces. The kitchen, has everything you need including an oven. microwave and dishwasher. There is great dining suite with a extendable table , that leads to the lounge area with a large smart TV.
The balcony leads off the living area is perfect for summer over looking the sailing boats and the occasional whales making there way up and down the Derwent. At the rear of the property off the kitchen. you can sit and relax in the beautiful secluded garden.
Also on the top floor is the family bedroom with of course a view. the family bedroom has a Queen Bed. and a double/Single Bunk bed, as well as its own ensuite and built in robes. A spacious family bathroom also with shower and bath tub is also located on the top level.
We provide freshly laundered towels for each guest. Each bed has fitted sheet, pillows and quilt. All linen is freshly laundered.
