Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish self contained home with views of the water. tucked away in Hobarts most prestigious suburb of Sandy Bay 5 minutes from Hobarts CBD.
A short drive to some of Hobart’s top restaurants and shopping –Salamanca, Battery Point, CBD and of course Sandy Bay.
The Space
The self contained kitchen offers you a fridge ,cooktops, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is generous in size with views of Wrest point, the city and the the Derwent river. There is a small dining table with sitting four.
With newly renovated bathroom, which also houses the laundry with both washing machine and dryer.
Warm and cosy in winter and cool in Summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner, with separate heaters in bedrooms.
A designated off-street carport space for one car behind home makes it extra convenient to check in and to unpack shopping, with free on street parking.
There is a great sunny deck for enjoying a morning coffee.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the home for the duration of their stay.
Other things to note
The linen we provide is supplied by our linen service. We supply high quality linen including freshly laundered towels for each guest.
IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.
Our home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.
In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.
The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.
If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.
If you can abide by these rules than “The View” may be the perfect holiday home for you.
