The Space

A modern open plan home set over 2 levels with a private separate self-contained studio/granny flat. This stylish, spacious home truly promotes a feeling of peace and invites you to simply relax into the super comfortable space.
The home sleeps up to 10 Guests comfortably, with 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, ensuite with, shower, toilet and dual vanities, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with Queen size beds and another with a King single bed with a pull-out trundle ideal for the kids. All bedrooms are well appointed, with built in robes using the highest quality and professionally laundered linen, all bedrooms benefit with an additional bathroom with large vanity, separate shower and spa bath.

The entertaining area is the most magnificent space perfect to enjoy family dinners or to sit and relax taking in the amazing outlook, watching the boats pass by. A huge, covered area that has large sliding doors allowing you to enjoy the cool breeze, with a large comfy outdoor dining table and chairs. The area flows effortlessly off an open plan formal dining and living area.

The kitchen has been completely renovated offering a large island bench and high-quality appliances which include a steam oven, induction cooktop, double dishwasher and all the essentials needed to make that Sunday lunch or special dinner. The kitchen area is a wonderful space to sit and enjoy with a practical table and chairs and breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is an atrium style sitting area with large windows comfy lounge and large Smart TV and overlook the yard. The positioning is very private with a bush setting at the back with a BBQ.

A garage is provided for two cars, with electric roller doors providing secure access to the home. there is also free on street parking.

IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.

In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.

The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.

If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.

If you can abide by these rules then our home may be the perfect holiday home for you.
